SENIOR UI DESIGNER

Full-time
Shape the visual language of the products we build for our clients and for ourselves. You will lead UI design from early concepts to production-ready specs, and keep every interface consistent, usable and distinctive.

Responsibilities
- Design high-fidelity interfaces for web, mobile and dashboard products
- Create and evolve design systems: components, tokens, typography and color
- Build interactive prototypes to test flows with clients and users
- Collaborate with engineers to make sure designs are shipped as intended
- Present design decisions to clients and incorporate their feedback
- Guide and review the work of other designers on the team

Requirements
- 3+ years of UI or product design experience
- A portfolio showing shipped web and mobile products
- Expert-level Figma skills, including auto layout, variants and libraries
- Strong grasp of typography, layout, color and visual hierarchy
- Working knowledge of accessibility guidelines and responsive design
- Comfortable presenting work and defending design decisions

Nice to Have
- Motion design or micro-interaction experience
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and frontend constraints
- Experience designing for enterprise or data-heavy products
