SENIOR FRONTEND ENGINEER

Build fast, polished interfaces for enterprise platforms and client products. You will own the frontend architecture of the projects you join, from component systems to performance budgets, and work closely with design to ship experiences that feel effortless.

Responsibilities
- Architect and build web applications with React, Next.js and TypeScript
- Turn designs into accessible, responsive and pixel-accurate interfaces
- Build and maintain shared component libraries and design-system tokens
- Own frontend performance: Core Web Vitals, bundle size and rendering strategy
- Integrate with REST and GraphQL APIs alongside the backend team
- Review code, mentor engineers and set frontend standards across projects

Requirements
- 3+ years of professional frontend development experience
- Deep knowledge of React, TypeScript and modern CSS (Tailwind or similar)
- Production experience with Next.js, including SSR, SSG and the App Router
- Solid understanding of web performance, accessibility (WCAG) and SEO
- Experience with testing tools such as Jest, Testing Library or Playwright
- Clear written and spoken communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Nice to Have
- Experience with animation libraries such as Framer Motion or GSAP
- Familiarity with React Native or other mobile frameworks
- Contributions to open-source projects
